Suites
In each of Orient Express Palazzo Donà Giovannelli’s 47 rooms and suites, the Orient Express heritage is distilled into a contemporary sanctuary. Venetian sliding doors frame hand-painted scenes, while Art Deco fixtures and Murano glass accents cast a poised, reflective glow. Every detail reflects venetian craftsmanship creating interiors that evoke voyages afar and promise new discoveries.
Each room is singular: a curated interplay of atmosphere, materials, and exacting design. From intimate 30 m² Classic Rooms to sprawling 148 m² Apartments, each interior is shaped by Aline Asmar d’Amman’s precise artistic vision.
Rich historical notes surface in vaulted, sculptural ceilings, in the soft gleam of rare patinas, in frescoed figures peering through centuries. Plush velvet drapes contrast with cool stone underfoot, deep shadows yield to graceful arcs of light. As in Venice itself, each room stands as an elegant tableau, timeless, evocative, and endlessly resonant.
Superior Room
Spanning an average of 30m², Superior Rooms strike a delicate balance between Venetian refinement and sleek design. Honed marble walls and bespoke Murano glass fixtures catch the light beautifully, while the king-size bed dressed in hand-woven linens and plush layers invites deep, restorative sleep. A sanctuary rooted in history yet utterly of the moment.
Deluxe Room
Deluxe Rooms, 38 m², marry the intimacy of a Venetian salon with a sense of generous space. A discreet drinks cabinet sets the scene for evening toasts, while a king-size bed anchors the room in theatrical luxury. Embossed leather panels are paired with sculptural Murano glass accents, and a marble-lined bathroom completes an ambiance that’s both sumptuous and serene.
Junior Suite
Our 45 m² Junior Suites serve as intimate sanctuaries for the well-travelled: hand painted panoramas of distant voyages intertwine with Ca’ d’Oro–inspired wood fretwork. Polished sliding doors reveal a private dressing salon, while the deep marble bathtub beckons a lingering soak. As evening falls, surrender to the softness of Rivolta Carmignani linens and drift into a night of Venetian reverie.
Suite
Spanning an average of 59 m², the Suites marry generous proportions with enchanting views of the Rio de Noale. Daylight pours into a separate living salon, where subtle details celebrate Venetian artisanal mastery. Set in a Renaissance decorum, a spectacular discreet walk-in wardrobe, a carved marble bathtub, and a king-size bed draped in sumptuous fabrics await, each element promising a moment of serene indulgence.
Signature Suites
